DentalFlow – WhatsApp/Twilio Dental Booking Bot

About the Project

DentalFlow is an AI-powered WhatsApp appointment assistant for dental clinics. Patients message the clinic's WhatsApp number and the bot handles the full booking flow: registering new patients, listing real-time available slots by day and doctor, booking appointments by ID, showing existing bookings, and cancelling on request. Built with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Twilio WhatsApp, and GPT function calling, it prevents double-booking and sends clear confirmations.
